Ben Bryer Joins Main Line Equity Partners

Financial & due diligence expert brings experience to investment team across deal lifecycle

Main Line Equity Partners today announced that Ben Bryer has joined their investment team as an Associate. He will play an integral role in supporting current portfolio investments and in vetting future investment opportunities.

Ben brings more than 7 years of experience in asset management, financial analysis, and due diligence with experience in identifying, evaluating, and monitoring investment opportunities. At Main Line Equity Partners, Ben will work across the deal lifecycle and support initial origination, due diligence, closing, and on-going portfolio company operations. “Main Line’s investment process fits my expertise and the type of deals they seek are exciting,” commented Bryer.

Prior to joining Main Line Equity Partners, Ben worked in structured finance at Vanguard, where he ultimately gained responsibility for leading asset-backed security (ABS) primary and secondary market research. Before moving to the Structured Finance team, Ben worked in Vanguard’s Corporate Credit Research group, where he helped to cover investment grade corporate bond issuers in the financial sector.

Ben holds a B.S.B.A from the University of Richmond, where he double majored in Business Management and English. Additionally, He is a CFA® (Chartered Financial Analyst) Charterholder. In the fall of 2019, Ben will pursue his M.B.A at New York University’s Stern School of Business.
